Refund Policy

Merova is a solo-operated brand owned by Cailin Killian, based in Nevada, United States. We want you to be confident in your purchase, so we offer the following refund terms for our subscription products.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Merova subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date. No reason required.

What's eligible

  • Subscription fees on a first purchase, within 30 days of the initial charge.
  • Renewals charged by mistake (e.g. you intended to cancel before renewal) — contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we will work with Paddle to issue a refund.
  • Service failures — if a paid feature does not materially work as described and we cannot resolve it for you in a reasonable time, you can request a prorated refund regardless of the 30-day window.

What's not eligible

  • Custom consulting engagements (statements of work, paid audits, hands-on documentation projects) — these are governed by their own written agreement, billed by milestone or hour, and are not part of the subscription refund window. Cancellation terms are set in the SOW.
  • Accounts terminated by us for violations of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Merova orders.

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at support@merovaops.com with your order ID or the email on file, and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. For details on Paddle's handling, see Paddle's Refund Policy.

After a refund

Refunds end your subscription immediately on the affected period. Your workspace becomes read-only and your data follows the retention timeline described in our Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.
