- Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to create a workspace, and you can explore SOPs, checklists, training and the audit trail before entering billing details.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month by default and can be cancelled from your billing page at any time. You keep access through the end of the current billing period and your data stays exportable.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing is available on Pro, Operations+ and Enterprise plans with a discount versus monthly. Contact sales or reach out from your billing page to switch to an annual term.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Major credit and debit cards are accepted through our payments provider. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice on annual terms.
- Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
